Yes! If you are a proven Québec Resident, full-time student, have at leaset 12 credits left to complete in your progra, will have 24 credits completed prior to your term abroad and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (B average) you are eligible for the MEQ Bursary! Please note that these requirements are firm: if your cummulative GPA is 2.99, you will not be eligible for the MEQ Bursary.

The Ministère de l’Éducation de Québec offers Québec students a bursary of either 750$ or* 1,000$ per month (pro-rated) while studying abroad on the ISEP, for a maximum of 8 months. *(This amount is pre-determined by the geographic location of your host institution. As a general rule, if you study anywhere in North America, Central America or South America, you will receive $750 per month. ISEP participants studying in Europe, parts of Asia, Australia or New Zealand will receive $1000 per month.

An application form for the MEQ Bursary is automatically included in your ISEP Application Package.
